Protemps Employment Services Pte Ltd does not ship on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Orders take up 1 to 3 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before it is shipped. Please allow 7 to 15 business days for your order to arrive. Orders with standard shipping travel via our courier partners.
Orders with express shipping takes 1 to 3 days for your order to arrive.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be provided to you upon the shipment of your order.
This tracking number can only be used within our courier partners’ tracking systems, and Protemps Employment Services Pte Ltd does not have a proprietary tracking system.
Please track your shipment as Protemps Employment Services Pte Ltd is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
