Job requirement and responsibilities:

1. Study Tender Specification and prepare Tender submission

2. Get quotes from vendors & suppliers to work out tender

3. Coordination with the other departments like Design, Production & Procurement

4. Prepare work report for monthly progress claim

5. Prepare material take off

6. Coordinate with site team for certification of sub-con claim

Minimum requirement:

· Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

· Min 5 years of working experience in the construction industry

· Ability to read & interpret tender specification

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Dynamic and keen to learn

· Able to work within a team

· Good Communication & interpersonal skills
