Job Descriptions:
- JOB DESCRIPTIONPerform technical assistance over the phone or site
Assist customers to resolve technical issues
Manage third party vendors for problem resolutions, timely closure for problem tickets generated
Experience in call center environment
Provide 2nd level IT technical to users
Period:
- Contract Role(1 year)
Location:
- Jurong East Hub near Jurong East MRT
Working Hours:
- Mon – Fri,8AM – 5PM
Salary:
- Up to $2,800 per month
Job Requirements
- Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or Information Technology
2 years experience
