QC & PRODUCTION ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR

Job Descriptions:
- Job Description:1) Perform daily incoming, in-process, final inspection of goods to ensure they conform to specifications. Identify, segregate and report non-conformance goods.2) Train operators on QC check points and inspection measuring methods and ensure all operators perform in accordance with QC procedures3) Maintain and upkeep inspection documentation and reports in compliance to ISO Quality Management System
4) Ensure all measuring equipment and tools used are duly calibrated and simple maintenance of testing equipment
5) Perform production operation in accordance to Standard Operation Procedures
6) Perform inventory check and recording
7) Labelling, packing and palletising for delivery
8) Assist in loading and unloading
9) Coordinate and plan production & QC inspection schedule to maintain efficient work flow
10) Assist to ensure production procedures efficiently utilize materials, methods and manpower
11) Assist to maintain 5S housekeeping and keep a safe & healthy work environment
12) Work with Production Team Heads to troubleshoot & resolve product/process/quality issues
13) Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements
- Requirements:* Basic Education (O Level)* Basic Computer skills (Microsoft Office)* Able to read basic engineering drawings
* Experience hands on with measuring tools
* Good Eyesight and work fast
* At least 2 years of QA/QC experience and Supervisory/Team Leader experience
