DRAFTER (1YR CONTRACT)
Scope of Work:
– Drafting and modelling using AutoCAD and BIM Revit software.
– Support the team in required design & drawings.
– Prepares, update and modifies M&E services drawings.
– Prepares 2D and 3D system and site drawings according to requirements.
– Preparation and submission of shop drawings.
– Ensure correct & accurate drawing details before submission.
– Diagrams update as and when required.
– Site inspections. Coordination of works and liaison with PM, client (when needed) and third parties.
– System Design, Set-to-work, testing and commissioning.
– Preparation and submission of system and site documents.
Requirements:
– Background experience in BIM Revit software & Autocad is a must.
– Technical interest and work experience in One-Way Emergency Voice Comms (EVC), Fireman Intercom and CATV Systems is preferred. – Strictly Singaporean only.
– Familiarity with construction environment will be an advantage.
– Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
– Stationed at Customer premises for the duration of the work.
