Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Mans the front desk and attends to resident feedback
• Handles payment collections
• Assist in the processing of applications for booking of facilities, house removal and renovation work
• Updates and ensures safe storage of registers and records including but not limited to Residents, Tenancies, Car Park lots and Renovation
• Assists in event planning
• Takes charge of Notice Boards and the distribution of resident communication material
• Performs other general administrative duties
Requirements
Requirements:

• Minimum O' levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command in spoken English
• With prior administrative assistant experience
• A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detailed oriented and able to work independently within deadlines
