Source for candidates, shortlist and organize interviews to provide manpower to meet business requirements
Organize screenings and checks
Preparation of equity reviews and employment
Facilitate logistics, inductions and orientations to settle employee into job and company
Gather and analyze feedback to enhance employee engagement
Lead performance appraisal exercise
Lead in maintenance of company policies and procedures
Administer benefits such as leave, medical, dental etc
Administer personnel information
Generate management reports
Support in bonus and increment exercises
Organize staff communications
Champion CSR activities
Review and initiate changes to policies and processes relating to job to support company’s growth and productivity
Assist in all compensation and benefits functions
Assist in all training related functions including internship management
Assist in payroll-related activities
Assist in admin duties
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resource Management
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and e-based applications
Candidates must know how to do pivot table, vlookup, powerpoint presentation
Knowledge in SAP System is an advantage
