  • Strategize, develop, execute and manage online-marketing initiatives to drive online sales and promote brand image (search engine, social media, email marketing and other online marketing campaigns) for the APAC region, in collaboration with marketing team
  • Work with internal and external resources to manage SEO-related content updates and keep track of multiple ongoing online initiatives
  • Analyse web analytics reports and make recommendations based on what is presented in the data (ie, Google Analytics reports, social media reports, email campaign reports)
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies and vendors to align and execute social strategy and to deliver best in class visual and written communications through social platforms
  • Assume responsibility on interactions across all relevant social platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Google Plus, etc.) and identify opportunities of engagement with the target audience
  • Grow engagement, reach, community audience, and impact through social campaigns and through proactive and reactive community engagement that meet companys social media objectives
  • Monitor and analyse conversations across key social media channels and develop engagement and response strategies to foster community engagement
  • Work with various resources to develop local content and maintenance of companys corporate website in APAC region
  • Competitor analysis and monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest industry news, trends and innovations (monitor websites and blogs) and provide regular updates to the marketing team to ensure effectiveness and improvement/ monitor closely what competitors are doing, which promotions, contests or initiatives are trending in APAC online platforms
  • Reporting: Gathers information to identify effectiveness of the strategies, shares information and suggestions with the marketing team and prepare marketing reports for online campaigns
  • Take on any other responsibilities and tasks as assigned


  • Degree in Marketing with emphasis in online marketing
  • At least 2 to 4 years’ experience with relevant online (Web or Internet Marketing) marketing experience preferred
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, sense of humour; social media enthusiasm, awareness of cultural differences and tone of voice. Responsible and comfortable with accountability.
  • Technology savvy and familiar with internet technologies and website operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, interpersonal skills and ability to manage by influence
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management, function independently and as part of a team and manage vendors
  • Strong project management skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent copy-editing and copy-writing skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in analysing and interpreting marketing data, web analytics and/or statistics
  • General knowledge of design applications like Photoshop / Flash preferred
  • Prior experience working in an interactive agency in project management preferred
