Nature of Position: Permanent
  • Oversees and manage all operations in store including receiving and issuing of materials to and from store
  • Monitor store inventory levels on a daily basis to ensure adequate availability of products.
  • To place order of products base on reorder level.
  • Check for content and validate on all incoming shipment / delivery.
  • Check system PO for goods receipt and keep proper records.
  • Perform cycle count and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • To maintain and ensure all in-coming/ out-going materials are properly controlled and recorded.
  • Monitor and verify vendor activity in the store.
  • Perform sorting and segregating of products.
  • Ensure good housekeeping in the store area.
  • Ensure safety procedure are in place in the store
  • Diploma holder with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Must have knowledge of all engineering spare parts
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm), Saturday (8am – 12pm)
  • Possess forklift license
