Responsibilities

Support recruitment functions through advertising vacancies through advertisements via newpapers and job portals

Scheduling interviews for potential candidates as shortlisted by the hiring managers

Update HR records, check & process attendance records of temp staffs

Other duties as and when required

Requirements

Relevant admin coordination experience in the Human Resource or Recruitment industry

Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Someone who is outspoken with a bubbly personality

Good communications and interpersonal skills
