Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

  • Support product launches in collaboration with other members of Sales and Marketing
  • Support in creation and analysis of marketing plans across the APAC region
  • Manage and coordinate PR, Translation and Marketing agencies. Communicate ideas for designing, developing targeted marketing and communication campaigns/ programs
  • Develop localised marketing materials to support marketing activities for the APAC region
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development department from HQ to implement and provide regular update for comprehensive introduction-training program for new recruits, partners.
  • Support in competitor analysis and monitoring: Work with online specialist to perform quarterly online price checks. Collect information from Channel Managers or Distributors on competitor’s pricing/promotions in respective markets.
  • Stay abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure product’s competitive position and provide regular updates to the marketing team to ensure effectiveness and improvement/ monitor closely what competitors are doing, promotions, contests or initiatives that are trending in APAC region
  • Establish and maintain positive work relationships and works productively with support groups within the business, i.e., Marketing, Sales, Product Management, etc…
  • Support in organising events, conferences/ exhibitions across APAC region
  • Take on any other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
Requirements

Requirements

  • Security technology marketing experience is a major plus
  • Educated. Bachelor’s degree of equivalent
  • Quantitative. Solid quantitative skills: you should be a very good Excel user and ideally have had at least some experience using databases
  • Enthusiastic. Enthusiasm for a fast-growing, fast-changing environment, plus the poise and judgment to work regularly with customers, partners
  • Systems Savvy. Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with databases and enterprise software, efficient in using Adobe suite
  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing or event management
  • Knowledge of B2B Channel reseller models
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and problem solving abilities
  • Capacity to genuinely think “outside the box” and motivate others to take well-reasoned risks
  • Able to work well independently and in a team environment, and interact with individuals at all levels in the organization
  • Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills; detail-oriented, highly motivated and self-starter
  • Occasional travelling required
