Nature of Position: Permanent
  • Supporting of daily admin operations including documentation and filing
  • General admin duties withing the office and providing support as assigned
  • Attend to In-house office equipment servicing / maintenance
  • Assist in updating of HR records (data entry duties)
  • Sorting out of resumes to relevant department and arranging interview with candidates
  • Good attitude, able to multi-task and willingness to learn
  • Min 'N' / 'O' Level / Nitec
  • Minimum 1 year working experience, OJT will be provided
  • Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Residing in the East.
  • 5.5 days' (Alt Sat) work week
