Responsibilities

Job title: Admin Executive (Operation)

Duties:

Provide effective telecommunication system for Company as well as customers

Provide and manage supply & issue of office stationary, equipment, furniture, etc

Manage the issue & replacement of uniforms, safety shoes and lockers for employees

Manage Company Transport Scheme

Ensure cafeteria fixtures are in working condition & pest control of Company premises

Manage workers’ quarters and assist overseas expatriates in settling in

Comply with statutory requirements on vehicle licensing and renewal of Company permit & license

Requirements

Location: Changi North

Working hours: Monday- Friday 8.00a.m- 6.00p.m.

Salary: up to $2800/month
