Personal Assistant to Executive Director

Job Criteria
Highest Qualification: Bachelors Degree (No Honours)
Relevant Experience: 5 year(s)
Availability: Immediate
Nature of Position: Permanent
  • Provide excellent personal assistance and secretarial support to the Executive Director.
  • Manage diaries, report collation, events coordination, setup meetings and any personal work.
  • Coordinate logistics needs for business trips, meeting schedules and teleconferences.
  • Manage expense claims.
  • Maintain good records keeping.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a PA capacity in FMCG Industry.
  • Bilingual with excellent presentation and communication and writing skills.
  • Posses a confident and bubbly personality.
  • Proficiebt in MS Office.
  • Able to travel with ED as and when required.
  • Has experience and the ability to do translation for contracts from English to Mandarin when dealing with Chinese associates.
  • 5 days work week.

Offical Working Hours: 8.30am-6pm
