Nature of Position: Permanent

> Analyzes complex businss problems and provides clear analysis and documentation of the problems and proposed solutions

> Works with the business to formulate and prioritize the objectives and scope of business systems solutions

> Able to translate business requirements into functional and system requirements that meet business needs

> Understand the capabilities of current applications systems and how to best leverage them in conjuction with manual processes to address business needs

> Creates documentation such as policies, procedures, workflows and user guides to document system solutions

> Performs functional configuration and maintenance for systems based on changing operational and business needs

> Research system issues, identifying root causes and driving resolutions

> Assist all departments with data analysis and reporting needs


Minimum Qualifications and experiences:

> Atleast 2 years business analyst experience

> Atleast 2 years CRM (Siebel, SFDC or similar) support and administration experience

> Atleast 2 years ERP (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics or similar) support and administration experience

> Atleast 1 of those years supporting NetSuite ERP Required

Functional Experiences:

> Experience supporting NetSuite OneWorld (multi subsidiary/multi currency)

> Experience with main financial modules of NetSuite (AP/AR/GL)

> Experience with Ops/OM modules of NetSuite (Sales Orders/RMAs, POs, Inventory Management)

> Fixed assets (nice to have)


> Forms customization

> Knowledge of SuiteScript (Client side scripting/Server Scripts)

> Experience with workflows


> User set up

> Role/Permission set up


> Cast Iron experience a BIG plus


> Experience with reporting tools

> Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

> Strong time management skills with ability to juggle multiples simultaneous projects and deadlines

> Must be comfortable working with multiple departments and their staff and managers

> Ability to handle multiple projects with multiple clients and the pressures of managing to required timelines

> Excellent written and verbal communications skills


Additional desired experiences

> Experience in training and providing client support within the NetSuite environment

> Experience with development languages (C#, javascript)
