Highest Qualification: Polytechnic Diploma
Relevant Experience: 2 year(s)
Availability: Immediate
Nature of Position: Permanent

This role reports to the Assistant Facilities Manager

Responsible for minor repair works and tenants / department needs

Assist in annual fire drills, safety committee meetings and related fire safety issues in compliance

Liaise with term contractors and tenants / department on schedule of works and ensure minimum disruption affecting them

In charge of security issues within the premises and property protection

Responsible for electrical services and maintenance

Responsible for fleet routine maintenance and licenses

Develop and implement a set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Plan and source for quotation for new and upgrading projects to improve the operations from time to time

Able to coordinate and prepare vehicle maintenance schedule

Supervise technicians and contractors for repair/maintenance works

To prepare monthly maintenance schedule and budget


Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management

At least 2 years' relevant working experience

WSH Coordinator certificate

Relevant experience as WSH Coordinator

Possess valid Class 3 license

Knowledge of local code of practices especially M&E

FSM Certification would be advantageous


5 days + 1 rostered Sat work week

Mon-Fri from 8.30am to 5.45pm

Sat from 8.30am to 12.30pm (to rotate among 4 staff, on average one staff will have to fulfill at least one sat per month depending on the no. of Sat in a month) 

Work location: West (Company transport provided from Boon Lay MRT)
