Credit controller / Customer Service Manager



You will be:

  • Responsible for chasing all the outstanding payments
  • Maintain lists of subscriptions
  • Provide customer service to existing subscribers, including; Login, delivery and invoicing issues
  • Process credit card payments with the support of Accounts Department in Oslo, Norway
  • Liaise with external customers and internal account managers to forecast and resolve problems preventing receipt of payment
  • Responsible for weekly/monthly reports
  • Other ad-hoc tasks related to back office
  • One-year minimum experience
  • Good IT & financial competency, analysis & problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel and word)
  • Ability to work independently and meticulously with a high level of motivation
  • Pleasant personality and a can-do attitude
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Excellent telephone and email etiquette
  • Customer oriented, responsible and assertive

5 days work week

Mon-Fri from 8.30am to 6pm

Salary commensurate with experience
