Job Responsibilities

You will manage one or more financial accounting systems in an integrated computerized environment. You will be involved in budget planning & controls, financial and management accounting / reporting as well as supervision of operational activities to be in compliance with financial and internal control policies and procedures. In addition, you will participate actively in system development / enhancements and implementation of finance related projects / initiatives. You may also be required to conduct financial, operational and compliance audits in your area of work. This will involve working closely with other divisions within the Authority to ensure that there is an adequate and effective system of internal controls in place. You may be required to liaise with both internal and external auditors in matters pertaining to operational and statutory audits and to undertake ad hoc special projects or assignments.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 5 to 8 years of working experience in financial / management reporting.
• Good knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards
• IT savvy and hands on experience in SAP financial system will be an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills
• Those with audit experience would be preferred.
