- Respond to sales enquiry,
includes handling quotation and providing first line application supporT
- Develop and execute sales
strategies and plan
- Evaluate customer needs and
provide timely feedback on market and competition information
- Manage account information
through effective, timely reports and accurate customer records.
- Manage key accounts and identify new
customers
- Identify development
opportunities and increase growth and market share of assigned territories
- Cold-calling and selling of material
preparation / analysis solutions.
- Continuously improve on
product knowledge and selling related skills to provide quality service to
customers.
- Work closely with internal
parties to ensure effectiveness of process flow.
Requirements
Requirements
- ITE/Diploma
in Material Science/Engineering or any Science related disciplines.
- Minimum
1 year of direct sales experience preferred
- Fresh
graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven
ability to build relationships, influence customers at all levels
- Problem-solving
(structuring, prioritizing, analyzing, developing recommendations and
conclusions)
