Job Title: Quality Control Analyst

Job Responsibilities
  • To conduct routine analytical activities independently for eg. Physical analysis, chemical analysis, sensory analysis and other analysis as it may be required.
  • Operate required lab equipment with confidence, perform basic preventive maintenance, perform equipment verification/calibration, involve in analytical method validation, trouble shoot malfunction of equipments.
  • Control the sensory panel, help to manage the process and take decisions
  • Take decisions for approval/ rejection of batches
  • Manage data entry and documentation process
  • Initiate actions to investigate customer complaint in consultation with relevant team members.
  • Take decisions for rework of materials in consultation with seniors
  • Raise non – conformations of RMs and FGs and follow through for closure of it
  • Support other QC team in need
  • In absence of supervisor/ manager take up the critical jobs in consultation with seniors
  • Participate in strategic plan as per the requirements of the company
  • Provide basic coaching for junior staff as and when necessary


 Degree/ post graduate in relevant science like chemistry, food science and sensory science

Additional Comments
  • Minimum 3 years experience and exposure to sensory analysis is required
    • Excellent skill  of writing technical communications/ Reports
    • Knowledge of chemical properties especially in the area of flavour & fragrance
    • Knowledge of  lab. safety and GLP
    • Basic process knowledge at the production areas
    • Good team player
5 days work week: From 8.30am to 5.30pm
