Job Criteria
Highest Qualification: Polytechnic Diploma
Relevant Experience: 2 year(s)
Nature of Position: Permanent
The candidate will be based in the Corporate Office:-• Provide administrative support
• Undertake basic Corporate Secretarial work / documentation
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Experience in Corporate Secretarial work is a significant advantage
• Min GCE A level with 2 years’ relevant experience; those without relevant experience should be at least a Diploma holder 
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially MS Word and MS Excel
• Conversant in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
• Strong sense of initiative and responsibility
• Meticulous and have an eye for details
 Point to note : must have at least Diploma cert in a recognized institute

Assist in corporate secretarial duties such as perform ACRA  efiling, preparation of meeting materials for board and            Various management meetings
