Highest Qualification: A Level/Pre-University/STPM
Relevant Experience: 2 year(s)
Nature of Position: Permanent
  • Handle full spectrum of HR duties
  •   Administering of Insurance matters
  •   Handle work pass matter for foreign employees
  •   Liaise and maintain close relationship with Shipyard’s HR Department
  •   Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
  •   Other ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Understand Singapore Labour Laws, regulations and Employment Act
  •   Minimum “A” Levels/Certificate/Diploma in HR Management or equivalent
  •   Good interpersonal and communication skills
  •   Able to work independently  as well as a team
  •   Have sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  •   Candidate with at least 2-3 years of working experience in Marine Industry (preferred)
  •   Can start work immediately or within 1 month.
  • Office Located in Tuas
  • Transportation provided, pick-up @ Pioneer MRT station
  • Working Hours: 8am– 515pm (Lunch Hour: 45min – 1 hour)
  • Alternate Saturday from  8 -12pm
  • No O/T required
  • 3 month probationBenefits:              Medical (capped at S$300 per year)

  •                                 AWS (equivalent to 1 month Basic Salary)
