Highest Qualification: Bachelors Degree (With Honours)
Relevant Experience: 5 year(s)
Nature of Position: Contract
  • Serve as a HR Partner and work closely with the department managers of Services Business Unit to understand staff needs, welfare and benefits and retention strategies
  • Responsible and drive HR processes and provide HR advices in the area of recruitment, selection & retention, employee relations and staff development 
  • Ensure the execution and delivery of manpower planning and recruitment in an effective and efficient manner
  • Conduct onboarding and exit formalities
  • Any other tasks /projects that may be assigned from time to time
  • Degree in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Highly driven with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently
