Highest Qualification: Bachelors Degree (With Honours)
Relevant Experience: 1 year(s)
Nature of Position: Permanent
  • Ensure all office administrative services functions are available e.g photocopying, documentation, making and answering calls, faxes, office stationeries, supplies, general daily operation activities, coordinating of meeting, typing, other necessary paperwork.
  • Receive, sort and distribute mails, fax and telexes to the appropriate personnel
  • Arrange for dispatch of documents by courier and mailing
  • Assist in documentation such as issuing invoice and purchase order to vendor
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
  • Computer literature in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel
  • Generally able to command good English
  • Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encourage to apply.
