  • To compound fragrances, cosmetic ingredients and mint products according to given recipe, with minimal errors and wastage.
  • To lead a team of compounders to achieve the set targets for safety, qualtiy and productivity in the production of fragrance, samples, cosmetic ingredients and mint products.
  • To ensure that all production equipment are properly maintained in good condition before using.
  • To ensure that production area is always kept clean and well- equipped with regular housekeeping daily.
  • To ensure that all the necessary safety measures are taken and adhered to safety regulation at shop floor.
  • To report to the Shift Leader on any quality issues and trouble shooting.
  • To guide and train production technician to further enhance compounding knowledge and skills.
  • To be competent in using Enterprise Resource Planning (e.g. SAP) and Inventory Management systems.
  • Nitec-or Diploma in chemical engineering, manufacturing, or equivalent.
  • Candidates with "O" levels and/or ITE certification and possesses relevant working experience will be considered.Minimum 2-3 years working experience, preferably in Flavor & Fragrance industry, pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvements.
  • Knowledge of GMP, TPM, ISO 9000, ISO 14000.
  • Lead and motivate production operators to achieve operational excellence.Able to multi-task and supervise a multi functional team working in shift.
  • A strategic and innovative thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills, proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in production systems, Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel/Access and Power point.Cultural awareness
