Sales Executive

Responsibilities:     

  • Serve & retain existing market and customers.
  • Plan and develop new markets and customer base.
  • Build rapport with customers and suppliers to understand their needs and situation.
  • Examination and resolve quality issues raised by customers, if any.
  • Traveling is required to attend to customers’ needs and inquiries.
  • Monthly sales report.
  • Involve in production planning to meet customers’ delivery requirements.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma qualification.
  • Min. 2years experience in relevant field.
  • Able to work under pressure & tight schedule without supervision, equipped with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders in a professional & responsive manner.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn & a team player.
  • Computer literate & excellent report writing skills.
  • Candidates with no prior experience may be considered.
