Project Manager

Job Descriptions:
  • Handle commission reports and payments for all sponsors within the cut off date
  • Handle bookings of premium in Meridian
  • Process tax invoices and service fees
  • Handle investigation and reconcilement
  • Track different receipts received for instalment plan on daily basis
  • Process AMEX credit card billing
  • Manage Apollo queues
  • Execute accurate reconciliation and investigation for S6 through AsiaPay, IPP, VPOS and online billings
  • All refunds/adjustments through AsiaPay, VPOS and IPP to be processed accurately (100%)
  • Support reconciliation of premium collection. He/she will also will liaise with Finance for any reconciliation issues
  • Manage ad hoc and administrative tasks

  • 5 Mins Walk from Downtown/ Raffles Place MRT Station
Working Hours:
  • Mon – Fri, 8.30am to 5.15pm
Salary:
  • Up to $3000 + Variable Bonus
Job Requirements
  • At least 1 year relevant experience working in an insurance company/financial institution
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Words
  • Knowledgeable in general accounting/booking
  • Familiar with investigation and reconciliation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanour.
  • Proactive individual with experience in business process improvement.
  • Able to multi task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
