Job Description / Responsibilities
– Work individually or as part of a team to develop, support and maintain OutSystems applications using Agile methodologies
– Responsible for all aspects of an application’s system design and technical solutioning
– Conduct application requirements gathering and design review sessions with relevant stakeholders
– Translate high-level business and user requirements into technical system designs, specifications and solutions
– Define and perform all necessary testing to ensure the application meets defined requirements
– Generate all needed documentation including but not limited to:
- a) User requirements documentation
- b) System and technical design documentation
- c) Test scripts and results
– Prioritise and coordinate projects with Group IT COE teams and business stakeholders
– OutSystems certification is a definite advantage
– Familiarity and experience with the following is preferred:
- Rapid Application Development
- UiPath Robotic Process Automation
- Project management concepts and methodologies
Minimum Educational Qualification / Experience
– Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline
– Diploma in above-mentioned disciplines with minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Project Management
- To resolve all technical and non-technical issues.
- To ensure the tracking and monitoring of items per contractual requirement.
- Responsible for submission and monitoring of technical drawings, method statements and proposals.
- To ensure construction meets client & regulatory requirements.
- To carry out short-term planning to meet site progress.
- To coordinate, program, and monitor site work, materials, plant & equipment.

Technical Understanding
- Understands the drawings and scope of works
- Understand the implications of different technical choices so as to meet the project objectives.
- Involving in providing value engineering solutions based on his knowledge.
- To have knowledge in the preparation of engineering project proposals and method statements.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent (Recognized by PEB).
- Experience in leading a team of subcontractors would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly committed and motivated individual.
- Versed in PUB(WRN) projects with more than 5 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage.

Job Description
- Support Care Project Manager (CaPM) on day-to-day activities in processes execution, implementing standard project management practices and tool management.
- Support for specified project operational tasks, e.g. reporting, document management, and administrative tasks in relation to daily operations
- Liaise with internal teams and customers to arrange meetings
- Follow-up and keep track of HW repair reports and status with customers and internal parties.
- Record meeting minutes and action items recording with deadline and owner.
- Assist project managers to co-ordinate Hardware delivery and keeping records of delivery notes
- Create Project definition and assist in creating project time tracking for resources.
- Prepare acceptance documents and coordinate with customers for sign-off.
- Create and maintain version-controlled documents related to projects like PO, financial statements, invoicing details, and acceptance letters.
- Responsible for reporting, information, and data sharing for the project team and relevant stakeholder teams (e.g. Logistics, F&C, external vendors etc.)
- Support CaPM in consolidating data for Monthly reporting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Preferably strong/experience in using MSOffice/Office365 suite of products (namely MS Words and MS Excel)
- Meticulous and able to work in a fast pace environment
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different groups of stakeholders
- Strong Team player and self-motivated.
- Good customer service skills and ability to multi-task.

Required Experience
