Administrative Assistant

Responsibility:

  • Prepare invoices / Receive Orders / Organise Documents / Filing
  • Stock / inventory check, maintain updated data records, print reports
  • Attending to calls
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support and handle administrative requests from the management.

Job requirements :

  • Minimum GCE “O” level or equivalent
  • Familiar with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Words etc)
  • Teamwork, Good interpersonal skill
  • Able to start work immediately within short notice

Working Hours :

  • Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
