Administrative Assistant
Responsibility:
- Prepare invoices / Receive Orders / Organise Documents / Filing
- Stock / inventory check, maintain updated data records, print reports
- Attending to calls
- Provide general administrative and clerical support and handle administrative requests from the management.
Job requirements :
- Minimum GCE “O” level or equivalent
- Familiar with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Words etc)
- Teamwork, Good interpersonal skill
- Able to start work immediately within short notice
Working Hours :
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
