Responsibilities
  • Coordinating field service delivery by tracking service order & schedules, manpower & shipment, and service report filing.
  • Arrange work visa, air ticket, local transport & accommodation for oversea work
  • handle the processing of orders with timeliness and accuracy, track and monitor work progress till completion
  • liaise with customer for shipment, inform customers of unforeseen delay and problems & help respond to customer complaint
  • assist sourcing for new vendor and parts, help compute freight cost,  marketing, quotation and admin work.
Requirements
  • Diploma or “A” Level or “O” Level
  • 1 or more years working experience
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Well organized with an aptitude in problem solving skill
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Report to Regional Sales Manager,

Work hours: 8.30am to 5.45pm (1 hr lunch break) Mon – Fri
