Responsibilities
  • To coordinate the works of a multi-disciplinary workforce including external subcontractors and consultants.
  • To attend site meetings and inspections.
  • To monitor project progress and manage project to ensure smooth completion.
  • To provide project status update to management accurately and in a timely manner.
  • To attend to maintenance issues during DLP.
  • To ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at work site.
  • To handle project risk management and issues escalation.
  • To prepare and manage tenders and quotations.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree holders in Electrical / Electronics
  • Min. 3 years relevant experience in lighting/construction industry
  • Familiar with AutoCAD application (a must)
  • Motivated to work in challenging, fast paced and result-driven environment
  • Knowledge of lighting an advantage
  • Experience with Dialux Application is an advantage
