Customer Service Officer

Job Criteria
Highest Qualification: Diploma for Specialised Schools
Relevant Experience: 3 year(s)
Availability: 3 weeks
Nature of Position: Contract
Responsibilities

Main Duties:

  • To verify purchase orders receive through phone, faxed and mail orders and process order by entering to the ERP system in a timely manner.
  • Provide customer assistance to customer with regards to prices / discounts/ availability / delivery. 
  • To send order confirmation and to advise the schedule delivery completion date
  • Arrange backlog delivery to customer when due/available
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource and  handle customer complaints and issue of Credit notes
  • Any other duties as from time to time required or directed for the efficient operation of

            the Department.

 

Requirements

 

  1. Diploma or higher with at least 4 years relevant order processing experience
  2. Multi task oriented
  3. Good telephone manner/technique
  4. Knowledge of MS Office
  5. Good administrative skills, team work and communication skills
