Availability: 3 weeks
Nature of Position: Contract to Permanent
Responsibilities

 Source for candidates, shortlist and organize interviews to provide manpower to meet business requirements

 Organize screenings and checks

 Preparation of equity reviews and employment

 Facilitate logistics, inductions and orientations to settle employee into job and company

 Gather and analyze feedback to enhance employee engagement

 Lead performance appraisal exercise

 Lead in maintenance of company policies and procedures

 Administer benefits such as leave, medical, dental etc

 Administer personnel information

 Generate management reports

 Support in bonus and increment exercises

 Organize staff communications

 Champion CSR activities

 Review and initiate changes to policies and processes relating to job to support company’s growth and productivity

 Assist in all compensation and benefits functions

 Assist in all training related functions including internship management

 Assist in payroll-related activities

 Assist in admin duties

Requirements

 Degree/Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resource Management

 Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and e-based applications

 Candidates must know how to do pivot table, vlookup, powerpoint presentation

 Knowledge in SAP System is an advantage

 Independent, systematic and well-organized

 Highly motivated, responsible and committed

 Ability to work in a fast pace listed company
