Responsibilities

Accounts Assistant Duties:

> Keying in suppliers invoices to the excel spreadsheet

> Issue and update payment vouchers

> Simple basic accounting tasks

 

General Admin Duties:

> Sorting of mails

> Answering and screen phone calls

> Filing

> Incharge of stationary and pantries supplies

Requirements

> Preferrable with working experience in Admin and basic Accounts role

> Minimum N Level

> Willing to work in a small team size company
