Responsibilities

Job Responsibility

  • Assist Head of Finance in the preparation of statutory reporting and management reporting of group and subsidiary with multi currencies;
  • Prepare variance analysis report;
  • Reconcile MAS report against GL. Organise meeting with related departments to eliminate variances and find good solution to prevent recurrence;
  • Prepare overheads allocation analysis reports and streamline and improve its accuracy;
  • Review and streamline operational procedures mainly relating to the Finance department;
  • Responsible for Corporate Tax submission and system implementation on new products/services
  • Co-manage a team of finance staff
  • Review presentation slides, EVA computation and conduct EVA audit
  • Provide operation support, monitor overhead recovery and ensure compliance with corporate governance and accounting standards
Requirements

Requirements:

  • ACCA / Accounting Degree
  • Minimum 5 years in Financial Reporting and management accounting in a Banking and or Financial environment at a supervisory level
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Preferred experience with SAP and well versed in Microsoft Excel
  • Prepared to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
