Responsibilities

Accounts Specialist – Financial Management

 

  1. Specializing in Funds Management

Job Responsibilities

You will report to the Senior Finance Executive and be part of the Funds Management team. Your responsibilities will include managing the operating grants accounts, prepare cash flow and forecast statements, submission of claim statement and billing matters.

 

  1. Specializing in Fixed Asset Management

Job Responsibilities

You will report to the Finance Manager and be part of the Fixed Assets Management team. Your responsibilities will include the full spectrum of Fixed Asset accounting, budgeting, forecasting and monthly analysis.

 

  1. Specializing in Cash Collection

Job Responsibilities

You will report to the Assistant Manager, Finance and be part of the Cash Collections and Accounts Receivable team. Your responsibilities will include performing reconciliations for cash collections, preparation of ageing analysis for debts, billing and liaising on cash related matters.

Requirements

Min. Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent with some years’ of relevant experience

Experience in using the SAP system would be an advantage

A meticulous team player with good communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
