Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and analyzing distributors stock balance, AMS qty and in-coming shipment quantity in our Warehouse
  • Liaising with distributor to ensure they put in the stock forecast and PO
  • Placing orders and liaising with HK / Australian factory
  • Manage weekly and monthly inventory report, including monitoring the shelf-life
  • Monitor shipments movement and communicate changes, status, delays to appropriate parties.
  • Check, track and handle accuracy of shipping documents
  • Proactively follow-up on pending cases to ensure timely status closure
  • Ensure ample stocks / shipping to meet sales budget
  • Trouble-shoot and resolve stock/shipment issues
  • Co-ordination work with Marketing and Finance
Requirements
  • Diploma in Shipping or equivalent with Min. 1yr of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge and familiar with shipping term, shipping documentation and L/C preparation and L/C negotiation
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to work independently
  • Good communication skill
