Responsibilities
  • Maintain Company accounts debit/credit in the tally.
  • Maintain Invoice and packing list.
  • Maintain GST Debit / credit.
  • Work with banks.
  • Prepare and verify daily reports.
  • Prepare daily income / sales and prepare daily journal entry.
  • Prepare daily deposits of ticket sales receipts.
  • Reconcile bank account for office.
  • Communicate with different regional employ and maintain their expenses.
  • Prepare authorized refund vouchers.
  • Compile monthly reports.
  • Investigate and collect returned items.
  • Maintain returned check account.
  • Maintain chargeback account.
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules.
  • Comply with Govt agencies and file all required documents on time.
  • All other works related with accounts and finance.
Requirements
  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with accountancy software.
  • Relevant experience of 1-2 years.
Remarks

Working Schedule:

  • Mon to Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)
