Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate & handle shipments / warehouse operations with forwarders / clients and principals for the company.
  • Handle all documentations related to the above function.
  • Coordinate with sales team and principals for raising all purchase and sales orders on the system as well as Invoicing.
  • Assist in some accounting functions like Payroll / Admin for the company.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of working experience working in a similar role in an trading company, preferably dealing in consumer products/ FMCG
  • Candidate with an accounting background would be preferred but not compulsory.
  • Having working knowledge of Microsoft NAV accounting software would be be a big advantage
