Responsibilities

Responsibilities and tasks

•             Provide quality sales support to our Field Sales and Reseller/Distributor Partners.  This includes guidance on Company's products, licensing questions, pricing, and assisting customers on a variety of issues.

•             Provide customers timely, accurate, and creative solutions regarding Company's products.

•             Respond to questions received via telephone, email, and web.

•             Partner management in Salesforce.

•             Work closely with Technical Support in troubleshooting problems that are sales and technically related.

•             Document sales related support cases and ensure timely resolutions.

Requirements

•             Individuals in this position must exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills.

•             Ability to multitask while working under pressure and willing to take ad-hoc assignments.

•             Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills.

•             A genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.

•             Positive go-getting attitude.

•             Being able to calculate quotes and working with numbers and percentages.

•             Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and any CRM system – Salesforce a plus.

•             College degree or equivalent work experience.
