Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities of Senior Executive / Executive (OHR)

Organizational Development (Policies and Procedures)
• Assist in the drafting, formulating and reviewing of HR policies, processes, procedures and programmes.
• Support in the coordination and implementation of strategic initiatives and communication sessions
• Assess, collect and analyse data needed for the Organizational Development (OD) which may include working with various stakeholders to identify requirements, asess gaps e.t.c
• Monitor implementation of changes and ensure compliance
• Identify, evaluate and implement appropriate diagnostic tools to measure organisational performance
Recruitment and Selection
• Oversee the Recruitment Administration for Teaching Faculty and Corporate Services appointments
• Daily-check of HR general email and printing out CVs to respective Heads of Office / Managers
• Co-ordinate interview arrangement
• Review existing recruitment process and recommend continuous improvement and efficiency
• Assist in preparing employment contracts and/or letter s according to the remuneration package proposed and approved
• Coordinate and conduct staff orientation
Employee Engagement
• Track and administer various employee movement activities including contract renewals, confirmation, headship appointments, anniversary increments etc. by ensuring timely processing of documentations and facilitating the necessary approvals of these activities
System Implementation (We have an IT Dept for support)
• Support in the implementation of new HRIS system or other relevant HR systems
• Undertakes implementation and monitoring of HR projects like digitization of HR documents

Others
• Participate and assist in other relevant HR duties and responsibilities as required

Requirements

• Degree in HRM or its equivalent in Organization Psychology, Behavioural Sciences
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Possess excellent writing and communication skills especially in the area of paper-writing and HR-policy-writing.
• Highly analytical
• Able to work independently with minimal supervisory, as well as in a culturally-diverse team (work with multiple levels of organization)
• Adaptable, resourceful, strong organizational skills with demonstrated initiative, able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic school environment.
• Well abreast of latest good HR practices in the relevant industry
• Good to have skills on HR analytics or PROSCI certification

Remarks

Salary commensurate with experience

5 days work week from 8.30am to 6pm
