Responsibilities
  • Reception duties, order fulfillment and processing
  • Handle customer enquiries, requests, complaints and related matters
  • Support company events and activities related to product training
  • Build and maintain good rapport with distributors
  • Other simple ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • At least 1 years’ experience in CS or retail or order processing
  • Able to work overtime or on public holidays when required
  • Fresh graduate with good attitude will be considered
  • Bilingual and able to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates
  • Good interpersonal and strong communication skill
  • Presentable and have a pleasant personality
  • Able to work in a female dominated environment
Remarks

Working location: Tanjong Pagar

Official working hours: Tuesday to Saturday from 12.30pm to 9.30pm

Salary commensurate with experience

Candidate with immediate availability will be advantageous
