Safety, Health & Environment Executive


Reporting to the Safety, Health & Environment Manager.



Implement, control, maintain and improve the Factory SHE Management systems including achieving and maintaining ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certification. Support this through developing and implementing specific tools and initiatives as part of the Factory’s SHE Program as well as exercising functional leadership of the TPE SHE pillar


Champion the Plant’s SHE risk assessment program, including assessment, incident investigation, corrective action and auditing as well as ensuring a focus or Behavioural Based Safety and culture


Provide SHE advice, guidance and support to the site and monitor compliance with Company Policies and legislative requirements


To continuously improve SHE Management System through campaigns, conduct training on safety programs, awareness and safety related initiatives


Constant update on MOM Safety rules and regulations and be the liaison manage with external parties, including Ministry of Manpower


To participate in the continuous improvement programs and TPM Activities



Min. Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent)

Certificate in Workplace Safety Health or equivalent

Certified in Workplace Safety Health Officer and Fire Safety Manager

Min. 3years’ SHE related experience preferably in a MFG environment

Well versed with HSE rules and regulations, MOM stipulations requirements

Familiar with OSHAS 18000 and ISO 14001 documentation and procedures

Proficient in MS Office, SAP and Project Management/Access will be advantageous

Good analytical and critical thinking skills, good initiative and drive

Independent, strong communication/presentation and interpersonal skills


5 days work week

Salary commensurate with experience
