Responsibilities
Responsibilities of HR Executive/Senior Executive   Support to HRM for execution of People Strategies & Plans that attract, develop and retain employees for both long and short term business needs such as 


1) Talent selection, develop People and Recognise Achievement and Strategic HR KPI
- quality of hire, managers satisfaction - candidates of satisfaction survey - Time to Hire - Compliance to Development plan leading to closure to competency gaps  

2) Recruitment
- Map and Deploy Recruitment strategy in attracting, selecting and integrating internal and external talent to meet business needs - Roll out Competency based interview tailored to needs of interviewers and candidate needs - To communicate clearly the employer brand proposition to candidates across the recruitment process - Design, implement and roll out comprehensive induction / on-boarding plan for newcomers prior to their arrival to enhance learning and a seamless start on their first day - Ensure standard routines are deployed for onboarding and offboarding employees  

3) Industrial and Employee Relations
- Support HRM to ensure good harmonious industrial relations in the factory via promoting and fostering an environment of open communication - Ensure Employees quickly adapt and assimilate into the Company Culture via effecting onboarding - Employee Engagement Survey - follow up on action plans  

4) Other Adhoc. duties
- Ensure accuracy in offboarding data for resigned employees  - Handle full spectrum of offboarding process

At least 2 years min working experience 5 days work week,
