Responsibilities
Provide HR operations support with full spectrum of HR activities covering payroll, planning, implementing and administration including employment, compensation and benefits and employee relations
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Compensation and Benefits
Maintains employee benefits programs set by the Company
Update employees on change benefits and policies through communication sessions and emails, memos and intranet postings.

Employee welfare
Annual long service award
Coordination of information from Group and arrangement for Group Hospital; Surgical, Group Personal Accident, Group Term Life, Work Injury Compensation, Fire and Theft and Public Liability renewal discussions with insurer or brokers. Coordination and of health screening for rank and file employees.
 Employee Relations
Resolution of employee relation issues e.g. grievances, counselling, disciplinary matters etc.
Conduct inquiries on employee related disputes or misconduct
Act as liaison with relevant government bodies including HR and immigration matters
Administer employee warnings, terminations, dismissal and exit interviews
 Human Resources Policies Processes:
Maintains company guidelines by updating the employee handbook periodically or as and when required.
Ensure that policies and guidelines in handbook are implemented
Maintains human resource records both present and past
Responds to enquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs
Training application and coordination
Ensure compliance to PDPA Act

Talent Management
Recruitment, interview and selection to final offer
Establish and conducts new employee orientation to better understand organisation’s business
Administers employee performance review, promotion, transfer, annual increment, bonus, terminations, dismissal and exit interviews

Human Resources Support
Computation, checking and ensure timely payment of monthly payroll
Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF contributions, NSPay
Compile monthly payroll reports to Finance department
Intercompany billing for seconded employees
Submission of IR8A and IR21 for foreign employees
Application for waiver of foreign workers levy
Ensure that yearly declaration on remuneration are duly signed by directors and key personnel
Administer the timely updating of leave application and records
ISO documentation and procedures on training records
Billing of seconded employees to respective business units
Application and renewal of Employment Pass, S Pass and Work Pass
Submit monthly manpower report to group HRD and upload on intranet
Monthly update of Organisation charts
Compilation of all headcounts for C&B team to renew insurances (GPA, GTL, GHS, WIC, PL, Fire and Burglary)

Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in HR Managerial role is required for this position
Familiar with Employment Act.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management / staff at different levels.
