Responsibilities
  • Coordination in House Keeping issue and act as first line of contact for internal user.
  • Respond to ‘Singapore Facilities’ e-mail and to coordinate for internal service works.
  • Administrative filing and documentation.
  • Ownership in own work area.
  • Own reception/front desk administration
  • Manage company internal/external mails and small parcel distribution.
  • Telephone administration company wide such as keeping phone list current.
  • Help logistics arrangement during visits by internal/external company personnel.
  • Coordinate to arrange lunch/meals/snacks for staff and other events.
  • Goods Requisition in SAP system.
  • Manage department’s requirement of stationery, support process related to putting up requests such as Finance.
  • Assists in departmental documentation management & purchase requisition.
  • Support recreational related activites such as Zoo & River Safari pass.
  • Other administrative tasks/duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Raise claims such as cash card top up.
