Responsibilities
  • Spearhead Product Development and formulation designing.
  • Initiate new product development and set development direction for PD.
  • Conduct technical discussions and understand the needs of the sales.
  • Propose on improvement to enhance quality and productivity of new and/or existing product.
  • Provides technical assistance and provides motivation to subordinates.
  • Liaise with Suppliers to source for new and qualify raw material and additives.
  •  Responsible for accurate technical analysis of customer specification, and drive internal discussion on specification and specification review process.
Requirements
  • Master/Ph.D. in Polymer Science/Chemistry / Material Science and Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • At least three years working experience in chemical industry.
  • Working experience in coating/adhesives industries is preferred.
