Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree majoring in Business or equivalent
  • At least 8 years working experience in service industry with a minimum of 5 years in supervisory / managerial role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Flexible, well-organized with excellent time-management skill
  • Proficiency in oral and written English and Chinese as need to liaise with chinese client
  • Excellent problem solving skills. Able to maintain a positive attitude, handle problems in a positive manner and establishrapport with Unfranchise Owners while maintaining professionalism even under pressure or difficult situations
  • Excellent leadership skill, able to guide, motivate and coach staff as necessary
  • Must have analytical planning and organization skills, and business minded
  • Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
  • Able to operate well and manage effectively in a matrixed management environment
  • Results oriented, but attentive to details
