Responsibilities
  • Develop new concepts and flavoring profiles for bakery, dairy and/or confectionery applications which are innovative and meet either the market and/or specific customer requirements
  • Provide technical support to the sales and marketing teams including customer visits and technical presentations
  •  Review and optimize new and all existing raw materials used in the preparation of sample products for demonstration to customers
  • Develop and standardize stability testing methods for various application types, analyze and report their results
  • Liaise/collaborate with flavorists and relevant departments regionally and globally on development of new flavors and concepts
  • Organize the maintenance, cleaning and servicing of laboratory equipment as recommended by the equipment manufacturers
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Food Science & Technology or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in use of MS Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess Project management skills
  • Able to work well in a team
