Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls & phone enquiries.
  • Manage patients’ registrations, updating and keeping records and arranging patients’ appointments.
  • Involve in cashiering, dispensing, stock taking & perform other administration duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum ‘N’ Level with experience in similar position
  • Bilingual and able to work on weekends/retail hours
  • Mature, customer service oriented and friendly deposition
  • Possess initiative, proactive and able to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to work on weekends but with minimum 6 off days in a month; closed on Public Holidays.
